Breathtaking scenic views throughout the area.

During my stay, I was disappointed with the temperature of the swimming pool. it was quite cold, making it uninviting for family fun. The wellness area also had issues, as the outdoor jacuzzi was not as warm as expected. the staff should provide clearer information about the access via funicular, which is the only means to reach the hotel, as this caused unnecessary confusion upon arrival.

The hotel boasts stunning mountain views that enhanced the overall ambiance of my stay. The spa experience was superb, with multiple relaxation areas to unwind. The staff provided a warm welcome with thoughtful treats and wine, making us feel special upon arrival.

the room was a drab disappointment, very different from the picture. I expected better from a hotel supposedly catering to luxury. And let’s not forget the spa’s disappointing closing time, which left me with no time to unwind. I almost gave a better review, but the lack of a welcome gift was just too much. what was I thinking?

my stay at stoos was simply incredible! the staff and their service exceeded my expectations after a previous visit to the city. the wellness area was a delight, especially after hiking, and the restaurant offered amazing food.

The staff was kind and helpful, they made me feel special during my stay. Upgrading to a room with a balcony was worth it, the views were amazing and just what I needed to unwind.

It was a bit pricey, but for the experience, it felt reasonable.

I had a lovely time soaking in the outdoor hot tub and enjoying the soothing steam room after a day of hiking. Everything was clean, and the breakfast had an impressive variety, which was a nice surprise! Just a heads up, the pool closes a bit early, so plan your relaxing moments accordingly. 😊

A Relaxing Retreat with Minor Improvements

I thoroughly enjoyed my short stay. The cozy Classic Single Room offered fantastic views, and the relaxing spa was a highlight, especially Michel's excellent massages. Just a tip , make sure to try the exquisite four-course dinner at the restaurant. it truly exceeded my expectations!

It was just a great match for shopping in Stoos with excellent value for money. The staff were super friendly and made my stay even more enjoyable. Make sure to try the goat cheese tiramisù. it's unforgettable!

The facilities were amazing. especially the wellness area with multiple saunas and hot tubs. The friendly staff was always helpful, making a relaxed atmosphere even more enjoyable. Breakfast options were quite impressive too!
